Should something be added about the Barley Mow in Warrington? According to the Warrington article it was established in 1561 and is the oldest pub in Warrington.

Also, does the phrase Barley Mow predate the song? Should it be disambiguated? Candleabracadabra (talk) 20:21, 14 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

British Isles

I've just done a minor grammar edit, but I think it needs more tweaking. The citation says "A cumulative song found throughout the British Isles", which is more than just England, Ireland and Scotland (e.g Wales and the Isle of Man are part of the British Isles). I'd make the change myself, but I'm unsure how to put it so that it's not a direct copy of the citation or, if I put all the constituent parts of the British Isles, overly long.
